Information we collect

Zusagi AI may collect the information needed to create and manage a user account, including your email address, a user ID, and the registration details you provide when you sign up. We only collect what is necessary to operate the service.

User content we process

To create, modify, or improve your software projects, Zusagi AI processes the content you provide — such as the prompts, instructions, files, and project data you submit. This content is used to generate and update your projects on your behalf.

How we use your data

We use the data described above to:

• provide the service;
• manage user accounts;
• improve the reliability of the service;
• respond to support requests;
• ensure the security of the application.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Advertising and tracking

Zusagi AI does not use behavioral advertising or advertising trackers. If such features are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to describe them before they take effect.

Third-party services

Zusagi AI may rely on third-party technical services to operate (for example hosting, infrastructure, or communication providers). Any such services used to process personal data will be listed in this policy.

Data deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app: open the menu, go to Settings → Delete my account, and confirm. This permanently removes your account and related data (it is not a temporary deactivation). You can also request deletion by contacting us at privacy@zusagi.com. If you have an active subscription, remember to cancel it in your Apple account settings (App Store subscriptions), as store subscriptions are billed by Apple and are separate from your Zusagi account.
